1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
– The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
– You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Certain items, such as personalized products or opened candles and oils, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Himalayan Salt Caves (custom installations)
– Opened Aromatherapy Oils and Candles
– Personalized Leather Accessories
– Clearance or Sale Items

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and send you a confirmation with the return shipping address if your return is approved.
3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within **5-10 business days** using your original payment method.

Refund Policy:
– For Himalayan Salt Lamps and Leather Goods, refunds will only be issued if the product is in original condition and has not been damaged or altered.
– For Garments, refunds will be processed if the item is unworn and unwashed.
– Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. In case of a return, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

5. Exchanges
